Up till now we might have of
heard quality for everything, here's one more for you to think over. You might be
thinking what quality of employment is and what it has got to do with anything?
Quality of Employment is what I refer to as "righteous person for the
job". Still nothing seems unheard of, now think what a wrong person
for the job might have his/her impact on everything. Yes, they might do this wrong
and that wrong. We have come across such person in our life, and eventually
complaining about them and what you would have done if it was for us. Say, a
teacher who doesn't teach or is not bothered about any of it, the government (a
public servant) is not bothered about public and only bothered about themselves,
an employee or an employer who is not fit for their post and are only occupying
the position just because they are blessed with better friends and family
circle and lastly a bunch of citizen who sit in a chiya pasal (tea stall) and
just talk about patriotism which they never act on and other bunch who never cared.
We are or had been one of the above in some part of our life. See for yourself
your action tells a lot. What you choose to do is itself a contribution, what
you choose makes a corresponding contribution for either the best or the worst.
Then what shall it be?
1 out of 2 factors that affects
this quality of employment is "population-HOLY-growth rate".."uff,
how much people like kids, it amazes me". How is population even a
factor? Think it in his way, if every individual has an "average"
of three kids, with today's problem of rate of employment...I think our
kids are pretty much doomed. "still like making kids?"
Also is some % of employment is take
up by "immigration" but I don't blame them for having it over
people who wish to overlook the quality they can offer over the immigrated ones.
The other factor is pretty much obvious in a country like ours, "investment
for entrepreneur" and "security issues". Doesn't seem
like it has got nothing to do with quality of employment? Yes, not directly but
indirectly it does. To keep up with your like-ness of making kids even entrepreneur
has to get chance to establish the opportunities for the more ones you intend
to reproduce. What really is going around is people who are rich wants to keep
their bundle of stacks high for they have earned it for their...."I don't
know how much generation to come". And also the smartest students, who become
foreigner for all their life and not bring their knowledge back to where it is
actually needed. That's pretty too much all. If you feel it’s complain that I
write, then complain it shall be for you else it's a concern of general citizen.
